I was battling captain Brittle foot on Epic with my wizard when I encountered this...
My arcane vulnerability timed out while je was cc-ed (sleep) and their were no other targets on the field so my wizard used it on himself...sounded pretty strange to self-cast a debug...since i am not sure if it was meant to work that way i thought i'd report it as a bug.
