Here are my thoughts on the patch.
Difficulty has been increased for easy mode - Ok. I thought it was fine but it doesn't really matter.

Experience needed to level has been increased throughout all
levels - Good, people won't rush through the game now.
PVP: You may no longer challenge a player that is 5+ levels above
you, as people would just challenge themselves with lvl 1 characters
on secondary accounts to gain the pvp achievements. - Good stops people exploiting achievements.
Vendor: Selling items will now earn you more money than before. - That didn't need to be changed really lol.
Prices for items < level 10 have been significantly decreased - That's ok. Makes it more user friendly.
PVP success ratio: fixed infinity bug - Lol, I had noticed that several times.
Nice patch of little fixes. Now the next content patch is the real question. >_>
